- With telecom operators, WhatsApp/Meta, RCS carriers and email delivery infrastructure required to transmit your messages.
- With DLT/TRAI registries where mandated for SMS and Voice compliance in India.

Message logs and delivery reports are retained for the period required by applicable telecom regulations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.
